INSTRUCTIONS
Brown ground beef on saute with onion and garlic until no longer pink. Drain any grease, add all other ingredients and mix well. Place on manual high pressure for 11 minutes. Do a quick release.
Brown ground beef, onion and garlic in a skillet until no longer pink. Drain grease and add to a large pot, add all other ingredients. Cover and bring to a boil, reduce heat low temperature and cook 45 minutes to 1 hour!!
