Grandma’s snails with cinnamon sugar are incredibly delicious
preparation
First mix a dough from the ingredients listed above. If necessary, add a little more flour if the dough is too runny.
Then roll out the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper, sprinkle cinnamon, sugar or raisins on it if you like and roll it up.
Now cut off the snails and place them on the tray. Bake at 200°C (fan oven) for about 15 minutes.
