Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs!!!

Instructions
1. Prepare the Cheeseburger Filling:
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and ketchup/mustard (if using).
Reduce heat to low and mix in the cream cheese and shredded cheddar, stirring until melted and creamy.
Remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool slightly.
2. Assemble the Cheeseburger Bombs:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) or preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
Open the biscuit dough and separate the pieces. Flatten each biscuit into a 3–4 inch circle.
Place a heaping tablespoon of the cheeseburger filling into the center of each dough circle.
Pinch the edges together to seal, forming a round ball. Place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
3. Bake or Air Fry Until Golden:
Oven Method: Bake at 375°F for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Air Fryer Method: Cook at 350°F for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
4. Make the Garlic Parmesan Butter:
In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese.
Brush the hot cheeseburger bombs with the garlic Parmesan butter immediately after baking.
5. Serve & Enjoy!
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm with dipping sauces like ranch, ketchup, or BBQ sauce!
💡 Tips for Success:
Want More Flavor? Add bacon bits or a slice of pickles inside before sealing!
Spicy Kick? Mix in chopped jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce with the beef filling.
Crispy Finish? Sprinkle extra Parmesan on top before baking.
Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat in the oven or air fryer.
