Directions:
Prep the Lobster Tails: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Using kitchen shears, cut down the top of each shell and gently lift the meat, placing it on top while still attached.
Make Garlic Butter: Combine melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Brush & Bake: Arrange lobster tails on a baking sheet. Generously brush the garlic butter over the meat. Bake for 10-12 mins until meat is opaque. For a charred finish, broil for the last 2-3 mins.
Serve: Serve immediately with lemon wedges and extra garlic butter for dipping.
