

️Soak the ribs in cold water for about 20 minutes to remove the blood, then take them out and wipe the surface with kitchen paper, then fry them in hot oil until golden brown.
️Heat oil in a pan, add minced garlic, onion, chili and stir-fry until fragrant, then add chili powder, cumin powder and barbecue powder and stir-fry evenly
