Fried Minced Meat Pastry for Afternoon Snack
Instructions:
In a bowl, add the heavy cream and all-purpose flour (if desired, add a pinch of salt). Mix well with your hands until the dough is smooth and no longer sticky. If necessary, add a little more flour to achieve the desired consistency.
Place the dough in a plastic bag and let it rest in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.
On a floured surface, roll out the dough with a rolling pin until it is very thin. Use a cutter or knife to cut the dough into the desired size.
For the Filling:
In a pan, heat a bit of oil and sauté the onion until it is translucent. Add the garlic and sauté for another minute.
Add the ground beef, cook until it is well browned, then season with salt and pepper. Cook for a few more minutes until the beef is well-seasoned and cooked through.
Let the filling cool before using it to fill the pastries.
Assembling the Pastries:
Place the ground beef filling in the center of the dough, fold it over, and then press the edges with a fork to seal.
Finally, fry in hot oil until golden brown, place on a paper towel and serve with your favorite sauces.
