Method:
Beat together sugar and butter
Add egg yolk
Mix well
Sift in flour
Add salt
Make into a soft dough
Break into little pieces
Roll into balls
Make a little hole in the centre
Dip in egg white
Roll in coconut
Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes
Allow to cool
Place little blobs of jam in the centre.
