It’s that easy, first peel the apples and cut them into wedges. Then mix all the other ingredients in a bowl and let the dough rest for about 5 to 10 minutes.
Now spread the dough on a greased baking tray and place the apple wedges on top. Bake at 180 – 190°C top/bottom heat for about 30 minutes.It tastes best with freshly whipped cream. You can also sprinkle almonds on the cake. Enjoy!
