Cut each sausage into bite-sized pieces.
Step 1
Wrap each piece in bacon.
Step 2
Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into 18 5x5cm (2” x 2”) squares.
Step 3
Place wrapped sausage on top of the pastry diagonally, and pinch both edges of the pastry together
Step 4
Brush sausage rolls with egg wash and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Step 5
Bake at 190°C/375°F for 25 minutes.
