First, put the eggs in a bowl and beat them well with a whisk.
Now add the condensed milk, grated coconut and coconut milk. Now mix well to homogenize.
Pour this mixture into a greased and sugared baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 350 °F (180 °C) for approximately 40–50 minutes.
Remember that this recipe does not need to be baked in a Bain Marie.
Finally, test the cake with a knife: if it comes out clean and dry, it’s ready.
Finish by taking it out of the oven and waiting for it to warm up.
