Instructions:
First, in a saucepan, combine the sweetened condensed milk and heavy cream. Mix well until you have a smooth mixture, then place the saucepan over medium heat.
Continue stirring the mixture for about 15 minutes or until the cream thickens. After that, transfer it to a glass dish and cover with plastic wrap, pressing it directly onto the cream.
Finally, place it in the freezer for about 30 minutes. Remove the plastic wrap, gently fold in the chocolate chips, and serve.
