Why You Will Love This Recipe:
These egg rolls have all the flavors of the traditional Philly Cheesesteak. I love making these for dinner because they are perfect size for my little toddlers.
Enjoy these as a game day appetizer, lunch, or dinner. The choice is yours!
This recipe is super easy and the egg rolls can be made ahead of time if needed. They also freeze well.
Ingredients:
Ground Beef – Traditional Philly Cheesesteaks are made with steak, but I chose to use ground beef for this recipe to keep it budget friendly. I used a 90/10 ground beef.
Egg Roll Wraps – These can be found in the grocery store produce aisle.
Green Bell Pepper
Yellow Onion
Shredded Provolone Cheese – I used a Provolone Mozzarella blend.
Worcestershire sauce
Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder
Olive Oil
Water
Air Fryer Instructions:
1. Make the egg roll fillings: To a medium skillet, add the olive oil, ground beef, green bell pepper, yellow onion, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook over medium heat until the ground beef is no longer pink. Remove from heat and let cool.
2. Lay an egg roll wrapper flat and brush water on the outside edges.
