Recipe Ingredients:
1 liter of milk
3 cups of sugar
2 tablespoons butter
1 pinch baking soda.
Instructions:
First, combine the sugar, milk and bicarbonate over medium heat, stirring constantly until it boils.
Then keep stirring until the mixture thickens and takes on a light brown color, starting to come away from the bottom of the pan (approximately 1 hour or so).
Then remove from the heat, allow to cool slightly, and continue stirring until the consistency becomes thicker.
Finally, grease a large surface with butter and pour in the jam. Finish by letting it cool completely and then cut into pieces before serving.
