Instructions:

Passion Fruit Mousse:

In a blender, add the milk, sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, and passion fruit drink mix.

Blend for about 3 minutes until the mixture becomes creamy and smooth.

Transfer the mousse to a glass serving dish, spreading it evenly, and refrigerate to chill.

Chocolate Ganache:

In a small saucepan, combine the chopped chocolate and heavy cream over low heat.

Stir constantly until the chocolate melts and forms a smooth, creamy ganache.

Pour the ganache over the chilled passion fruit mousse, spreading it evenly.

Chill and Serve:

Return the dessert to the fridge and chill for at least 60 minutes, or until the ganache has set.

Optional: Garnish with chocolate chips for decoration before serving.
