Put the sweetened condensed milk, milk cream, and passion fruit juice powder in a blender.
Blend the ingredients for about five minutes, or until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Spread the cream mixture out evenly in a glass dish.
Chocolate Ganache:
Put the chopped dark chocolate in a bowl and melt it in the microwave or over a double boiler. To keep it from burning, heat it in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time and stir it every 30 seconds.
Mix the milk cream well with the melted chocolate until you get a smooth, shiny ganache.
