°2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
°1 pound cooked Penne
°1/2 cup parmesan
°1/2 cup breadcrumbs
°1 Tablespoon butter
Instructions
Place the chicken pepper, tomatoes, onion and Italian seasoning in the slow cooker. I used a 6 quart slow cooker.
Cook over low heat for 8 to 10 hours.
Shred chicken and stir in slow cooker
Stir in cooked pasta and mozzarella cheese
Garnish with Parmesan.
Covering also cooking to cheese is melt.
Then melt the butter in a saucepan and sauté the breadcrumbs until dark brown in color.
