Creamy Pineapple Mousse Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 can (14 oz / 400g) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can (12 oz / 350ml) evaporated milk (chilled)
- 1 can (20 oz / 560g) crushed pineapple (drained)
- 1 packet (0.25 oz / 7g) unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 cup (60ml) water
- Optional: Whipped cream for garnish
