Prepare the Lobster Tails:
Preheat your oven’s broiler.
Using kitchen shears, carefully cut down the shell of each lobster tail and gently pull the meat out, resting it on top of the shell.
Season the lobster meat with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and add the minced garlic, cooking until fragrant (about 1 minute).
Add the heavy cream and lemon juice, stirring to combine.
Stir in the Parmesan cheese, allowing it to melt and thicken the sauce slightly.
Broil the Lobster Tails:
Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet, then brush them generously with the garlic butter sauce.
Broil for 8-10 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through. Baste with additional sauce halfway through for extra flavor.
Serve:
Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
