Instructions:
Start by adding all the ingredients except the baking powder into a blender. Blend well until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Then, add the baking powder and mix gently to incorporate everything. Transfer the mixture to a greased cake pan.
Now, bake in a preheated oven (180°C / 350°F) for about 30 minutes.
Once done, remove from the oven, add your preferred frosting, and optionally sprinkle chocolate sprinkles on top. Serve and enjoy!
