- 1 packet of lemon-flavored powdered drink mix

Instructions:
For the Flan:
We’ll begin by placing the sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, and lemon-flavored powdered drink mix into a blender. Then, blend for about 3 minutes until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
Next, pour the mixture into cups, each holding up to 5 oz. Place them in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to let the flan set.
For the Caramel Sauce:
After that, place the sugar and water in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar is completely dissolved and the mixture turns into a thick amber-colored caramel.
Assembly:
Lastly, once the flan is cold and firm, pour the caramel sauce over the top of each cup.
Finish by sprinkling shredded coconut for a special touch. This dessert is easy to prepare and has an irresistible flavor!
