Creamy Biscuit Custard Delight !!

 

Introduction:

This Delightful Creamy Biscuit Custard Dessert is a simple yet delicious dessert involving whip creamy custard and biscuit on top of it. It is such a wonderful dish to bring to family gatherings or just to please a sweet tooth. I am sure everyone will enjoy it as it has a combination of creamy base and crumble topped on it.

 

Ingredients:

For the Custard Base:

2 cups of milk

1 can 14 oz of sweetened condensed milk

3 tablespoons of corn flour

1 teaspoon of vanilla essence

2 egg yolks (to make custard thicker–optional)

For the Custard Component:

1 cup of crushed biscuits such as digestives or graham crackers

2 tablespoons of melted butter or margarine

1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
