
Cottage Cheese Chips – light
### Instructions:
1. Preheat the Oven:
– Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
2. Mix Ingredients:
– In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.
3. Form Chips:
– Using a spoon, drop small amounts of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading them out to form thin circles (about 2-3 inches in diameter). Make sure to leave some space between each chip.
4. Bake:
– Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the chips are crispy. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.
5. Cool and Enjoy:
