Coconut Cloud Cake
Ingredients
For the Cake:

For the Coconut Frosting:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup coconut milk (adjust for desired consistency)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon coconut extract (optional)
- 1 1/2 cups sweetened shredded coconut (for topping)
