Cocoa roll: the recipe for an easy and delicious dessert

Directions:

1. Whisk eggs with salt and sugar.
2. Add sifted flour and cocoa powder. Then stir in milk and melted butter.
3. Cover the batter and let sit for 10 minutes.
4. Pour it into a tray and bake at 190° for 30-35 minutes.
5. Melt chocolate and some cream until it’s smooth.
6. Aside mix cheese, powdered sugar and cream.
7. Add melted chocolate from before.
8. Spread this mixture onto the cake, then place some cherries.
9. Roll and close the cake.
10. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
11. Decorate with some cocoa powder and serve cut in slices. +
