INGREDIENTS:

For the cake:
3 C. Flour
1 C. Refined sugar
1 teaspoon. Baking powder
1 ½ C. Milk
large egg
8 tbsp. Unsalted and melted butter
1 tbsp. Vanilla extract

Top:
1 C. Butter
1 C. Brown sugar
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons. Cinnamon

For the above:
2 C. Powdered sugar
⅓ C. Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla.
