For the Hot Chocolate:
2 cups milk (or milk alternative)
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 tablespoons granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
Whipped cream (for topping)
For the Elf Color Drizzle:
1/4 cup green food coloring (or green candy melts)
Optional: Red and white candy melts for decorating
Optional Toppings:
Mini marshmallows
Crushed peppermint candies
Sprinkles (holiday-themed)
Chocolate shavings
