Preparation
- Add softened cream cheese to a large mixing bowl and mix until completely smooth.
- Pour in heavy cream and mix until fully combined. Cover bowl and chill for 30 minutes.
- Remove cream mixture from fridge after 30 minutes and beat until stiff peaks form.
- Fold in cranberry sauce and orange zest until just combined.
- Transfer spread to an airtight container or jar and refrigerate until ready to use.
- Serve on toast, english muffins, waffles, or as a fruit dip.
