Chorizo and Halloumi Pasta

Directions:
1. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry onion and garlic for 3-4 minutes. Cook pasta until al dente and set aside.
2. Stir in smoked paprika and oregano, cook for 1 minute.
3. Add halloumi and chorizo, fry until halloumi turns golden.
4. Stir in passata, sugar, and cream. Simmer for 10 minutes.
5. Add pasta, warm through, and serve with parsley and grated cheese.
