Chocolate and Peanuts Sandwich – Delectable Dessert Recipe

Take a portion of the whipped egg whites and gently fold it into the egg yolk mixture to lighten it.
Carefully fold the rest of the whipped egg whites into the batter until fully combined.
Baking:

Line the baking pan (25×23 cm) with parchment paper. Pour the cake batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Once baked, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool completely.

Prepare the Cream:

Whip the cream with sugar until stiff peaks form. Optionally, add cream cheese and mix until well combined.
Assemble the Chocolate and Peanuts Sandwich:
Melt the dark chocolate and spread it over one cooled cake layer.
Sprinkle roasted peanuts evenly over the melted chocolate.
Spread the prepared cream over another cake layer.
Gently place the cream-covered layer on top of the chocolate and peanuts layer, creating a sandwich.
