Chicken potato rolls recipe

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2. In a medium bowl, combine the chicken, cheddar cheese, onion, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
3. Separate the crescent roll dough into 8 triangles.
4. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each triangle.
5. Roll up the triangles, starting from the wide end, to form rolls.
6. Place the rolls in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
7. In a small bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese, butter, salt, and pepper.
8. Spread the potato mixture over the rolls.
9. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and the potato topping is heated through.
