3. Grapefruit
Compounds including limonoids, flavonoids, and vitamin C found in grapefruit may help prevent cancer. According to studies, these substances may lower the chance of acquiring some canc3rs, such as liver, breast, and colon canc3r, and delay the proliferation of canc3r cells.
4. Apples
In addition to being high in fiber, apples also contain a number of antioxidant chemicals that have been linked to anti-canc3r effects, including quercetin and catechins. Compounds found in apple skin, in particular, may help prevent oxidative stress and slow the growth of canc3r cells.
