Parmesan Meatloaf

Instructions

  • Set the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, mix together the beef mince, turkey mince, Italian herbs, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, eggs, chopped onions, grated parmesan cheese, and a pinch of salt and pepper until well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a loaf pan.
  • Spread the marinara sauce on top of the meatloaf and bake for 50 minutes.
  • After 50 minutes, remove the meatloaf from the oven, sprinkle with the shredded mozzarella cheese, and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
