- 3 cups milk
- 1 (8 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
For Layering:
- 1 (16 oz) package chocolate graham crackers
For the Chocolate Topping:
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
