Baked Sweet and Sour Chicken

Ingredients :

°one pound. From the chicken, you can cut it into small 1-inch strips.°2 eggs, let come to room temperature.°1 c of flour.°2 c. of water to cook the rice.°2 c of water.°2 tsp sunflower oil.°Green pepper, cut into cubes.°Red pepper cut into cubes.°Sour sauce, I used 8 oz.°1 cup cornstarch.°1 cup of basmati rice.°green onions for garnish
