Ingredients:

    • 1 cup oatmeal (90g rolled oats)
    • 200 ml milk (3/4 cup, dairy or plant-based)
    • 2 eggs
    • 2 ripe bananas (about 200g, mashed)
    • 1/2 teaspoon vanillin (or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract)
    • 1 apple (about 150g, peeled and thinly sliced)
    • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
