- 8-10 slices of bacon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (or regular paprika)
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme (or fresh thyme)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: Fresh herbs for garnish (like parsley or thyme)
