Prepare the filling: In a medium bowl, mix together softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, crumbled bacon, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Cut the Doritos: Carefully open the Doritos bag. Using a knife, make a small slit in the center of each chip without breaking them apart.
Stuff the Doritos: Use a small spoon or piping bag to gently fill each Dorito with the cream cheese mixture. Be careful not to overfill to prevent breaking.
Chill: Arrange the stuffed Doritos on a tray and refrigerate for 20 minutes to let the filling firm up.
Serve: Serve immediately with sour cream or ranch dipping sauce on the side for extra flavor.
