8 oz elbow macaroni
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup onion, chopped
4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tbsp mustard
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/2 cup milk
Salt and pepper to taste
