Apple and Chocolate Cake

Instructions:

First, peel the apples, cut them into pieces, and place them in a bowl. Next, add the eggs, cocoa powder, coconut oil, and baking powder.

Then, use a hand blender to blend and mix all the ingredients until you get a smooth batter.

If you don’t have a hand blender or prefer another method, you can blend everything in a regular blender until you achieve a smooth and uniform texture.

After that, pour the batter into a greased or parchment-lined glass baking dish. Right after, preheat the oven to 356 °F (180 °C) and bake for approximately 35 to 40 minutes.

Finally, remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and serve.
