Instructions:
In a bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, water, and salt. Mix with a spatula until it starts to come together.
Knead the dough with your hands until it becomes smooth and stops sticking to your fingers.
Place the dough in a plastic bag and let it rest for 5 minutes. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin until it is very thin.
Cut the dough into discs, add your desired filling, and fold the discs in half. Use a fork to press and seal the edges tightly.
Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the pastries until golden brown. Remove and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
Serve warm with mayonnaise or your favorite dipping sauce.
