1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
1/2 cup onions, diced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
6 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
