Ingredients

For the Coconut Frosting:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk (adjust for desired consistency)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon coconut extract (optional)
  • 1 1/2 cups sweetened shredded coconut (for topping)
