Black Pepper Chicken with Mushrooms

Ingredients
For the Chicken:

For the Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce (for richer color, optional)
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper (adjust for spice level)
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
For the Stir-Fry:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
