- Cumin seeds: 1 tablespoon
- Ground turmeric: 1 teaspoon
- Ground coriander: 1.5 teaspoons
- Ground cumin: 1.5 teaspoons
- Chili powder: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: to taste
- Coconut milk: 1 cup
- Cilantro: for garnish
