For the Patties:

• 100 g flour
• 2 tbsp oil
• 100 g mayonnaise
• 1 medium onion, chopped (for garnish)

For the Mushroom Sauce:

• 250 g mushrooms, sliced
• 1 medium onion, chopped (optional)
• 2 garlic cloves, minced (optional)
• 120 g butter
• 200 ml cream
• 1 tsp nutmeg
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 150 g grated mozzarella cheese
