Seafood Pasta Salad

 

“A light and refreshing salad loaded with tender pasta, succulent seafood, and a creamy dressing—perfect for picnics, parties, or a quick meal.”

Ingredients

For the Salad:

  • 8 oz pasta (rotini, shells, or bowtie)
  • 1/2 pound cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 pound lump crab meat (or imitation crab sticks, chopped)
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

For the Dressing:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt for a lighter version)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning (or more to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
