- 1/3 cup minced shallot
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 2 garlic cloves, finely grated
- 2 teaspoons Hungarian hot paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground fennel
