Ingredients

– 2 pounds beef tips or stew meat, trimmed of excess fat
– 1 cup beef broth
– 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
– 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
– 1 tablespoon soy sauce
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 onion, diced
– 1 teaspoon dried rosemary (or 1 tablespoon if using fresh)
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 2 tablespoons cornstarch
– 3 tablespoons cold water
