– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
– 2 cups powdered sugar
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
– 2 tablespoons coconut oil or shortening
– Holiday sprinkles (optional)
