Delicious Pineapple Drizzle Cake
Ingredients:
For the Cake:

- 2 ½ teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1 ¾ cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup crushed pineapple (drained, reserve juice)
For the Glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2–3 tablespoons pineapple juice (reserved from the canned pineapple)
